Send me a photo to ukrifter at gmail.com or by replying to this tweet: https://twitter.com/UKRift/status/1246526680698695680 Quite literally the best thing since sliced bread. == THE RECIPE == Straight into the bread-maker bowl add: - 1 cup of cold water - 3 tablespoons of boiling water - 2 tablespoons of sugar - 1/2 a TEAspoon of salt - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (olive oil is ok) Put 3 cups of flour into a separate mixing bowl and whisk it (with a fork if you don't have a whisk). Then scoop into the bread-maker bowl, don't worry if you have some left over in the bowl, put that back in the packet: - 3 and 1/4 cups of whisked flour. Make a dent in the flour, sprinkle in 2 teaspoons (or a 7g sachet) of dried yeast. Mix it with your finger, but don't get it wet. Stick it in the bread-maker. Use the standard "basic" setting, large loaf size & medium or well done crust. Approx 3 hours 20 min setting.
