STILL THE BEST VR RALLY RACING SIMULATOR? | DiRT Rally VR Samsung Odyssey

Is Dirt Rally VR still the best VR Rally racing simulator game in virtual reality for all racing fans? Today I'm trying out Dirt Rally VR on Samsung Odyssey Windows Mixed Reality headset, doing VR rally driving and checking out how playable the most realistic rally simulator is on the high resolution Virtual Reality headset Samsung Odyssey. Ever since 2016, Dirt Rally VR has been the most popular, realistic and overall the best VR Rally simulator available for Virtual Reality headsets. Two years later in 2018, it seems like still today no other VR racing game or simulator with a rally racing theme has even come close to the quality and level of immersion in Dirt Rally. That is why I'm today testing Dirt Rally VR on my Samsung Odyssey Windows Mixed Reality headset, to mainly check the visual quality improvements and also the performance as well as overall VR experience using the best VR simulator headset available. Follow the steps on how you can play the game with full VR support on all existing virtual reality headsets: 1. Install Dirt Rally VR on Steam, and make sure to disable the box "Use Desktop Game Theatre while SteamVR is active" by going into Preferences of the game on Steam. 2. Download and install Oculus Home: https://www.oculus.com/setup/ 3. Download and install the Revive software (I used version 1.2.2 to play Dirt Rally VR with the Samsung Odyssey): https://github.com/LibreVR/Revive/releases 4. Patch the Dirt Rally VR exe file with Revive (using the Revive Dashboard) 5. Make sure Steam VR is running and launch Dirt Rally VR directly from Stream library, game will start in VR headset.
